Who we are
Prepare.Care is a free caregiving education resource. We publish practical tools, checklists, and plain-English guides to help families prepare for medical situations involving someone they love.
Our website is prepare.care.
What information we collect
We collect information in two situations only:
1. When you download a free tool
If you submit your email address to receive a free resource such as the ER Action Kit, we collect your email address. We use it to send you the requested resource and occasional updates about new free tools and content from Prepare.Care.
2. When you contact us
If you use the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. We use this only to respond to your inquiry.
We do not collect:
- Payment information of any kind
- Medical information
- Location data
- Browsing behavior or tracking data
- Any information from children under the age of 13
How we use your information
We use your email address only to:
- Send the free resource you requested
- Send occasional updates about new free tools and caregiving content from Prepare.Care

Our website does not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising technology.
We use Cloudflare to deliver our website securely. Cloudflare may process basic technical data such as IP addresses as part of standard web infrastructure operation. This is not used to identify individual visitors.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking service.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including email addresses used for downloads and contact.
